With a few days left until the end of tax season 2016, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) is calling on the public to avoid a last day rush.
Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan has announced that from 1 April, government will freeze appointments to non-critical vacant posts, as part of measures to contain costs.
“There is a persistent shortage of skills in the South African construction industry,” according to Allen Bodill, Executive Director of the Master Builders Association Western Cape (MBAWC).
