Resignation of Aveng Group CEO Roger Jardine

The Aveng Board today announced that after five years at the helm, Roger Jardine has tendered his resignation as CEO of Aveng Limited with effect from 31 August 2013.

Construction of a brand new 10 329 square metre shopping centre, Vosloorus Plaza in Vosloorus, south of Boksburg in Ekurhuleni Municipality, is about to commence in this third quarter of 2013 on a prime location opposite the busy Chris Hani Crossing.
