An agent for change and attorney by profession, Thabo Masombuka is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Construction Sector Charter Council (CSCC), a self-regulatory industry body charged with overseeing the transformation and empowerment of the construction industry arising out of the gazette of the Construction BBBEE Sector code.

Basil Jonsson obtained a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering at Natal Technicon in 1979 and a certificate in Marketing and Market research from University of South Africa.

Gerhard Breitschaft is the President of Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt) based in Berlin, Germany.

Webster Mfebe was appointed executive director of the South African Federation of Civil Engineering Contractors (SAFCEC) on 1 January 2013.

John started his career in construction materials in 1970 on the Orange-Fish Tunnel in the Karoo, working for consultants as a materials tester of rock mechanics, aggregate and concrete.

Mr Kassongo is currently working as a lawyer to the Kinshasa and Mbandaka Bar.

Karen Eicker graduated from the University of Witwatersrand.
